Great meals start with great ingredients, and the same is true for wine. We source from sustainably farmed vineyards across the state that remind us of the best growing regions around the world. Each wine is made to be balanced, fruit-forward and food friendly with minimal intervention in the cellar.

SHARED CURIOSITIES
One of us usually starts with what’s for dinner. The other starts with what wine might pair. Thankfully, those conversations tend to end in the same place and Everen has grown from where those ways of seeing the world overlap.
Hope’s been drawn to fresh ingredients and healthy eating from a young age. Matt’s natural curiosity got him interested in learning everything he could about wine, where it came from, and how it was made. Everen is where those interests meet and is the way for us to share the things we’ve always enjoyed most: good food, good wine, and making people feel welcome.
