Wine-Specific Conditions

Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from EVEREN Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from EVEREN Wines are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Credit Card Charges

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you like Bitcoin or Venmo – we do too – just let us know.

Minimum Purchase

No minimum purchase is required. That said, we do offer shipping discounts for club members and for orders of 6 bottles or more.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and West Virginia.

If EVEREN Wines is unable to ship directly to your state, we may be able to arrange for sale and shipment through a third party. Please get in touch if you live in one of the above states and would like wine. Also – check in with your local senator and ask why they need to make things more difficult than they need to be…

Shipping Costs

FedEx and UPS are our carriers of choice. We offer shipping discounts to club members and orders of 6-bottles or more. Otherwise, shipping is charged at current market rates. If the customer select “Air” as their carrier, the customer will pay shipping charges, regardless of wine club membership or purchase amount.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. We do our best to monitor weather conditions before shipping to ensure the product arrives as we intend for you to enjoy it. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser and we will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.

Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement.

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.

Please send an email to – info@everenwines.com or contact us at 971.219.7170 – to arrange for the return of a flawed or damaged product. We intentionally use DIAM corks to reduce risk of corked wine and to protect our forests.

Wine club members can cancel their membership at any time – and we request all members receive a minimum of two club shipments before cancelling.
